Propper Wildland Flame Resistant Pants

These tactical pants for men provide a combination of flame resistant protection and visibility. Worn by Wildland firefighters to safeguard against heat and flash fire, the Propper® Wildland Pant is certified for use by the USDA Forest Service and crafted from Synergy® fabric, a blend of Nomex®, Kevlar and anti-static fibers.

The cargo pant is made of specialty fabrics selected for optimum performance. The Sage color utilizes Westex Synergy, composed of 100% Nomex IIIA, while the Station Navy color employs Synergy Pro, the latest evolution of Aramid from Westex, offering soft comfort. Both variants are UL certified to NFPA 1975 (2019 ed.) and 1977 (2016 ed.), and sewn to military specification 5100-92 JAN 2010.

Nomex®, an inherently flame-resistant fiber, has been a leader in heat and flame protection for more than 45 years. The fire retardant pant offers superior moisture management due to proprietary quick dry technology that disperses moisture for improved evaporation, ensuring enhanced comfort during arduous tasks.

Designed for durability, the fireman pants exhibit excellent resistance to abrasions and tears, with pleated knees and heavy-duty bar-tack reinforcement in all stress areas. The smart design incorporates extra deep front slash pockets and a button self-locking Nomex zipper fly closure with internal storm flap, providing practical functionality.

Notably, the colorfastness of the pants allows them to withstand multiple industrial laundries without fading, enabling machine washing without compromising the vibrant green hue.
